Cravings' Executive Chef and co-owner, Eduardo Pesantez, has more than 15 years of experience in the food industry. Ecuadorian by heritage and trained in some of the finest kitchens in New York, Eduardo interjects the colors and tastes of his culture into the classic elegance of metropolitan cooking.
Miguel Heras, catering director and co-owner, brings more than 15 years of experience in client service. He has owned and operated a restaurant in New York City, served as a wine steward, and managed catering operations for a New York banquet hall.
